George D. Hardisty

George D. Hardisty completed his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth and served as a Marine Corps Officer during World War 2. He graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School and has been practicing law since 1951. Because it was better for his clients, George was one of the first attorneys in the state of California to recommend living trusts. He’s been assisting clients in this area ever since. Although semi-retired, his expertise is highly respected throughout California and he acts as Attorney Emeritus with the firm. George and his wife Margaret, who passed away in 2015, were international speakers who appeared on many radio and TV shows and wrote numerous bestselling books. They are blessed with four wonderful children. 

Julie K. Hardisty

Julie K. Hardisty, a Nebraska native who brings that “friendly small town flavor” to her law practice. Graduating from Biola University in 1984, she received her law degree from John F. Kennedy Law School and began her law career in 1998. For over 20 years Julie has specialized in Estate Planning and Trust Administration and clients deeply appreciate the personal attention she gives them. For those who did not complete their planning, she walks alongside the family as they navigate the court system for probate. Julie is married to Dr. Vance Hardisty and is blessed with three incredible children. She looks forward to helping you with your legal needs.
